Terms of Service

Last updated: 28th March 2025

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By using Dragon Web Host services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.

By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Important: We may suspend or disable your account if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we disable your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services.
Section 02

Uptime Policy

Dragon Web Host strives to provide a high level of service availability, aiming for 99.9% uptime on our hosting services. This excludes scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of extended downtime exceeding 0.1% in a given month, reparations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Section 03

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for non-promotional hosting packages. To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at support@dragonwebhost.com or through our website within 14 days of your purchase. Please provide your account details and the reason for your refund request.

Please note: Domain name registrations, transfers, and cryptocurrency transactions are non-refundable. Additionally, if you are found in violation of this Agreement, all refunds will be rendered void.
Section 04

Account Security

If you create an account on the website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes creating a strong password that is not easily guessed and regularly updating it. You should avoid using easily obtainable information such as birthdays, names, or common words. Additionally, enabling two-factor authentication (if available) can further protect your account.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and any other actions taken in connection with it. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

Section 05

Acceptable Use Policy

Users of Dragon Web Host services agree not to engage in any illegal activities, resource abuse, or spam. To protect the integrity of our services and to comply with applicable laws and regulations, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam), including bulk marketing emails regardless of opt-in status.
  • Engaging in any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to copyright infringement, child exploitation, and distribution of malware.
  • Abuse of server resources, including excessive CPU usage, memory usage, and disk space consumption.
  • Participation in forums or communities that share and/or trade compromised personal data (leak forums).
  • Participation in forums or communities that share and/or trade pornographic material.
  • Sending bulk emails to @qq.com email addresses.
  • Deceptive use against third party services, such as signing up for numerous accounts using a catchall and randomly generated email aliases.
  • Engaging in bulk forwarding for multiple domains.
  • Sending SMS messages via email.
  • Utilizing "warmup" services.
  • Sending an excess of junk emails that are not intended for human consumption to third party email services.
  • Engaging in activities that lead to IP address reputation damage.
  • Spoofing "From" headers to display a third party or domain that you do not own or manage.
  • Storing website files, databases, or other media that are not related to email inside email hosting packages.
  • Adding domains to our system that are not legitimate, not managed by you, or related to any spam/scam activity.
  • Sending through our outbound email service without valid SPF and MX records.
  • Creating additional accounts to circumvent the 400 outbound emails per hour limit.
Zero Spam Policy: Outgoing spam is strictly prohibited. All mailing lists must be double opt-in. Violations will result in termination, and intentional unsolicited marketing emails will be billed at a rate of £1 per email. Violations of the AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your services without prior notice.
Section 06

Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered must be made promptly. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cryptocurrency, and UK Bank Transfer.

Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback, Dragon Web Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. Chargebacks and payment disputes are taken seriously and may lead to a permanent ban from our services. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
Section 07

Support

For support inquiries, please contact us via email at support@dragonwebhost.com or use our Support Ticket system. We strive to respond to your requests promptly and professionally.

While we aim to address high-priority issues — such as service outages and critical system failures — within 24 hours, other inquiries may take longer. We do not guarantee specific wait times for all requests.

Support abuse: Bumping a ticket, creating multiple tickets for low-priority issues, exhibiting rude behaviour towards staff, or making threats of chargebacks will be considered an abuse of support and a violation of this Agreement.
Section 08

Backups

While we strive to maintain backups of your data, we do not guarantee the availability or integrity of these backups. It is your responsibility to maintain copies of your data and important files. Dragon Web Host is not liable for any data loss.

Section 09

Domain Registration

If a domain name is listed as available on our website, we will attempt to register it on your behalf, subject to your order and any applicable fees. However, there is no guarantee that any domain name, even if listed as available, will be successfully registered upon payment.

If we are unable to register your domain for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Renewal reminders for any active domains will be sent 30 days before the renewal is due.

Section 10

Termination of Services

Dragon Web Host reserves the right to terminate services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to failure to adhere to the Terms of Service or AUP. Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse or illegal activity.

Section 11

Changes to Terms

Dragon Web Host reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By using Dragon Web Host services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
